The instant estimate on this website is a ballpark based on the details you provide. It is not a final price. Your final quote is confirmed by Eggea after we learn more about your space and needs.
We will agree on a date and time for your cleaning. Please make sure we can access the property and let us know about pets, parking, alarms, or anything else we should know in advance.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless arranged otherwise. Recurring service rates depend on staying on the agreed schedule.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the time to another client.
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right at no extra charge.
We treat your home with care. If you believe an item was damaged during a cleaning, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to resolve it fairly.
